What is the delivery time?
If you order before 11 p.m. on weekdays, we will ship your order the same day. Within the E.U., it usually takes up to a few working days to deliver your order.
What are the delivery costs?
For orders under € 50.00 within the E.U., we charge shipping costs of € 6.95. All orders above € 50.00 within the E.U. are shipped free of charge.
When will I receive my tracking link?
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you order on weekdays before 11 p.m., you’ll receive it the day of your order. Afterwards, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.
