My suitcase arrived damaged, what can I do?Updated 7 months ago

We’re very sorry that your suitcase arrived damaged. We pride ourselves in the quality of our SUITSUIT suitcase and check all our suitcases and ship them protected to prevent scratches and stains. However, sometimes this does happen during transport. 


Please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange that another (perfect) SUITSUIT item will be in your hands soon.
