If you order before 11 p.m. on weekdays, we will ship your order the same day. 

Within the E.U., it usually takes up to a few working days to deliver your order.

What is the delivery time? 

Want to know how to open it for the very first time?

Step 1: Make sure the code is at 0-0-0.

 

Step 2: To open the case, slide the large button with the keyhole towards the numbers. The zippers will then automatically release from the lock.

How do I open my lock for the first time?

You can set your lock in a few simple steps: 

Step 1: Set the digits of the lock to "0-0-0" or your last chosen combination. 
Step 2: Slide the dial to the right to unlock the lock. 
Step 3: Grab a pen and use it to press down on the silver reset button until you hear a click. 
Step 4: Turn the digits to the desired 3-digit code. 
Step 5: Slide the dial back to the right to set the new code.

How do I set the (TSA) combination lock?

It happens to the best of us. You hastily packed your suitcase and forgot your TSA lock code.

This is inconvenient, but fortunately, it's fixable. Unfortunately, there's no handy or quick trick to restore your code, as that would make it easy for others to access your suitcase.

The only solution is to try all 999 number combinations. Although this may seem time-consuming, it will take no longer than thirty minutes.

I have forgotten the digits of my lock.

After you have received your order, you have the option to return your order within 30 days, without stating your reasons.

You can do this via our return portal by following these steps:
1. Click here
2. Log in with your account
3. Register your return
4. Generate a shipping label

All you need to create your return is your order number and the e-mail address that you used to place your original order.

After you have followed the steps, a return label will be created. Print this label, stick it on your package and hand it in at the nearest DHL Service Point.

After we have received your return, and it has been processed, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 5 working days. Refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make your purchase.

How can I make a return? 

It may sometimes happen that when the deliveryman is not able to deliver your package, it will be returned to us.
This is of course very inconvenient.
If your order is returned to our warehouse for any reason, an automatic return process will start. You will receive the purchase amount back into your bank account within 5 business days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change this process.

If you still would like to receive your order, we advise you to place this once again. Please make sure the delivery address is complete. It sometimes happens that if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, the package cannot be delivered and will be send back to us.
