If you have ordered multiple products, it is possible that your order consists of multiple packages. When the packages are shipped you will receive multiple emails from our delivery partners with a tracking number, one for each package.
Sometimes it happens that our delivery partners do not deliver all packages at once, but at a different time or even sometimes the next day. Please check all the tracking numbers to see if the other parcel is still on its way. If all packages are marked as delivered, please contact us so we can help you.
If you did receive all the packages and some items are missing, please check your order status and email. If an item is out of stock, we email you to inform you. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible.
