What is your warranty policy?Updated 7 months ago

We strive to make products of the highest quality, however a malfunction can always happen. 
Check the below table to see how long the warranty is on your product:


The warranty covers defective materials and production errors. If any of these applies to your product, we will repair the product free of charge or, in some cases, replace it. We will assess the defect and decide whether the product will be repaired or replaced. If we no longer have the product or model in stock, we will replace it with a product or model of the same value.


The warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to external impact (an accident, a fall, rough handling), normal wear and tear, misuse or unreasonable use, neglection, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, (salt) water or any other cause that is not the direct result of a material and / or production error.


The warranty also expires when changes have been made to the product, repairs have been carried out by others than us, or (emergency) solutions have been implemented, such as tearing open a zipper or breaking open a lock. Also, our warranty excludes any (consequential) damage to people or products, even if the damage is caused by a defect in the product.
