From 1 July 2024, we will charge a return fee of €6.95 for all returns. This will assist us in avoiding unnecessary waste, which does not align with our commitment to sustainability. In addition to our economic and social sustainability goals, we constantly strive to improve our environmental impact. Therefore, we encourage you to make conscious purchasing decisions and only return items when truly necessary. By requesting a small contribution for returns, we can collectively reduce our environmental footprint.
After receiving your order, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement with SUITSUIT within 30 days without providing any justification. However, there are a few things you need to take into account:
- The product you wish to return must arrive visibly unused and undamaged.
- You received your order neatly packaged and well-protected. Therefore, we expect the product to be returned in the same condition if you decide to return it. Please do not remove protective foils and tags and use the original packaging to return the product so that we can make someone else happy with it.
- If the product arrives damaged at our facility, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product.
- The return fee of €6.95 charged for all returns.
Through our return portal, you can easily register the product(s) and generate a digital shipping label. Please note that you must pay the return cost of €6.95 before generating the shipping label. Click here, log in, initiate your return, and generate a digital shipping label. All you need to prepare your return is your order number and the email address used to place the order. If you can't find the order number, please contact our customer service.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 to 10 working days. As soon as it has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 5 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
