I bought my product at another retailer, what can I do?Updated 7 months ago

We want to ask you to go back to the store where you bought your SUITSUIT item. To make it very official, you have concluded a sales agreement with them and it is fair to give them the opportunity to handle your complaint first. However, keep in mind that the store can apply its own terms and conditions with regard to the warranty.


If the defect falls under our manufacturer's warranty - damage or a defect caused by defective material and / or production errors - then the store may first want to contact us to discuss how we can resolve your warranty claim. In some cases, if it is not entirely clear whether the damage is covered by our factory warranty, you will have to leave your suitcase behind so that the store can send it back to us for a review. The store will then usually receive a review from us within 24 hours.


To prevent that you will be sent back and forth between us and the store where you bought your SUITSUIT item. The store cannot simply refer you back to the manufacturer. The store has sold the suitcase to you, so they also have the legal duty to resolve your questions or problems. If the store still fails, contact us again. Based on your proof of purchase, we will try to help you.
