What is your return policy?Updated 6 months ago

After receiving your order, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement with SUITSUIT within 30 days, without giving any reasons. However, there are a couple of things you should take in mind:


1. The product that you want to return must arrive clearly unused and undamaged.
2.You have received your order nicely packed and well protected. That is how we would prefer to receive it back from you, too, if you decide to return the product. So please do not remove protective films and cards and use the original packaging to send the product back. So we can then make someone else happy with it.
3.Preferably return the product in the original packaging. If the product arrives damaged, we may charge you for the product’s depreciation.


You can easily register your product(s) via our return portal and create a shipping label. Click 
here, login, create your return shipment and generate a free shipping label.


All you need to create your return shipment is your order number and the email address you used to place your order. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our customer service.


After you have followed the steps, you will get sent a QR code on the email. Go to your nearest DHL drop-off point, scan the QR code there and they will print out a return label for you.

Once we have received your return, we will process it within 5 working days. Once it has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email of the refund. Please know that it can take up to 5 working days for the purchase amount to be back on your account depending on your bank.
