You can easily register your product(s) via our return portal and create a shipping label. Click here, login, create your return shipment and generate a free shipping label.


All you need to create your return shipment is your order number and the email address you used to place your order. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our customer service.


After you have followed the steps, a return label will be created. Print it out, stick it visibly on your package and return your package to the nearest DHL Service Point.


Once we have received your return, we will process it within 5 working days. Once it has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email of the refund. Please know that it can take up to 5 working days for the purchase amount to be back on your account depending on your bank.
