If you are happy with your SUITSUIT item, you want to keep it looking fresh. How to take care of our bags depends on the material


Faux leather:
There are a couple of handy tips you can use to make sure your new faux leather bag lasts as long as possible.


#1 Store away from sunlight


Do not expose your bag to the sunlight for long periods. Of course, you can use the bag in summer and enjoy the sun. But, for example, don’t leave it lying for days in the car exposed to the sun. Faux leather is robust, but direct and prolonged sunlight can cause your bag to discolour over time.


#2 Use a dustbag


Preferably, store your bag in a fabric dustbag when you are not using it for a while. However, do not use a plastic bag for storage. Plastic can stick to your bag and, therefore, damage it. By storing your bag in a fabric dustbag, you prevent the faux leather from becoming dull and discoloured. This way, your bag will last a lot longer.


#3 Keep your faux leather bag clean


Sounds logical, right? Use a damp cloth (with warm water) to clean the outside of your bag. Then dry with a soft cloth. We advise you to clean your bag every two weeks. And do not use a scouring pad or aggressive cleaning agents. Otherwise, you may damage faux leather. No need to use a water repellent spray as it is already water repellent by nature. 


COTTON
All items in the Sloppy Cotton collection can be washed by hand in lukewarm water (max. 30 degrees). Sloppy Cotton is not suitable for tumble-drying or ironing. Also make sure not to use chemicals during cleaning. This ensures that your item from the Sloppy Cotton range remains of excellent quality.



LINEN
